Album Info:I finally bought an seat belt extension for my fathers Jeep so I can ride in it. On March 2, I met my father at Cabellas in Hamburg, Pa to head west to the Pittsburgh line. I managed to re-qualify as far as Mifflin, Pa. It was a good day despite the weather and NS doubling trains due to PSR. Hunter Harrison has been food for worms, beetles and other bugs for years, but the damage he has done to Railroading in America is still being done by the investor class.

Description:  NS 1170 is the DPU on 36A at Denholm, Pa 3/2/2024. I opted not to take a picture of the head end here because of the numerous scanners and other equipment here. I am surprised they are weighing a manifest freight. Oh, and contrary to the beliefs of some, NS does weight trains here. One of the coal trains I photographed was weighed and this train was weighed as one could here "train speed is 2.5 MPH, your speed is OK.
