| CSX 4715 and CSX 4533 are on M-403 in Union, NJ 7/1/2024. Both locomotives have been recieved a rebuilding in kind by CSX with a new inverter system to make their AC drives more reliable. The rebuild program has been successful as they have continued the program starting with the 4500s and they are now working on the 4700s. I have yet to see a 4800....Yet. CSX call these SD70MACes Its great to see the SD70MACs again. It breaks up the monotony of AC44s, Rebuilt AC44s and GEVOs |
